Abstrakty

Druga konferencja sieci naukowo-badawczej w dziedzinie prawa pracy (25-27 czerwca 2015 r.) została zorganizowana przez Instytut Hugo Sinzheimera i odbyła się na Wydziale Prawa Uniwersytetu Amsterdamskiego. Pięć głównych bloków tematycznych obejmowało: prekariat i pracę nietypową jako wyzwania stojące przed prawem pracy, zbiorowe aspekty prawa pracy, związane z pracą prawo ubezpieczeń społecznych, prawo pracy i stosunki przemysłowe w czasach kryzysu oraz cel, zakres i granice prawa pracy. W skład Międzynarodowego Komitetu Organizacyjnego weszli: Evert Verhulp, współprzewodniczący (Uniwersytet Amsterdamski), Guy Davidov, współprzewodniczący (Uniwersytet Hebrajski w Jerozolimie), Isabelle Daugareilh (Uniwersytet Montesquieu Bordeaux IV), Catherine Fisk (Uniwersytet Kalifornijski w Irvine), John Howe (Uniwersytet w Melbourne), Rochelle Le Roux (Uniwersytet Kapsztadzki) oraz Julia López (Uniwersytet Pompeu Fabra). Członkami Lokalnego Komitetu Organizacyjnego byli: Evert Verhulp - współprzewodniczący, Robert Knegt - współprzewodniczący, Beryl ter Haar - koordynator, Alexander de Becker, Mies Westerveld, Nuria Ramos Martin, Margreet Kroon i Anna Gorgun. The 2nd Conference of the Labour Law Research Network (June 25-27, 2015) has been organised by the Hugo Sinzheimer Institute, Faculty of Law, of the University of Amsterdam. Five specific tracks have addressed the following themes: precarious and atypical work as a challenge for labour law, institutional aspects of labour law, labour related social security law, labour law and industrial relations in (times of) crisis and purpose, scope and boundaries of labour law. The International Organising Committee has consisted of: Evert Verhulp, co-Chair (University of Amsterdam), Guy Davidov, co-Chair (Hebrew University of Jerusalem), Isabelle Daugareilh (Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV), Catherine Fisk (University of California Irvine), John Howe (University of Melbourne), Rochelle Le Roux (University of Cape Town) and Julia López (Pompeu Fabra University). The Local Organising Committee has been composed of the following members: Evert Verhulp - co-Chair, Robert Knegt - co-Chair, Beryl ter Haar - co-ordinator, Alexander de Becker, Mies Westerveld, Nuria Ramos Martin, Margreet Kroon and Anna Gorgun.
