Abstrakty

Artykuł został poświęcony roli facylitatorów sieci w rozwoju klastrów. Problematyka sieci międzyorganizacyjnych jest szeroko dyskutowana zarówno przez teoretyków zarządzania, jak i przez praktyków życia gospodarczego. Z bazy EBSCOhost wynika, że w latach 2000-2009 pojęcie "sieć" (w znaczeniu sieci międzyorganizacyjnej) pojawiło się w ponad 500 artykułach. W tej liczbie przewagę mają teksty o charakterze ogólnym, traktujące o idei, typologii czy korzyściach zewnętrznych sieci. Znikomy odsetek stanowią opracowania poświęcone roli facylitatorów. Niniejszy artykuł - będący przeglądem literatury przedmiotu - jest próbą wypełnienia tej luki. Na wstępie zdefiniowano pojęcie facylitatora sieci, a następnie określono jego rolę w odniesieniu do klastra, w ujęciu zarówno statycznym, jak i dynamicznym. Na zakończenie zwrócono uwagę na różnicowanie zadań facylitatorów zależnie od typu klastra, w którego relacjach pośredniczą(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article regards the role of network facilitators in the development of clusters. The issue of inter-organizational networks is widely discussed both by scientists and managers. According to the EBSCOhost database the term "network" (in the sense of inter-organizational network) appeared in 2000-2009 in more than 500 articles. Within that number predominate publications of a general nature, dealing with the ideas, typology and the external benefits of networks. The negligible percentage of them discusses the role of facilitators. This article - based on the literature studies - is an attempt to fill this gap. The author defines the idea of a facilitator network and describes its role in cluster relationships building, both in the static and dynamic context. At the end the attention is drawn to the differentiation of facilitators tasks, depending on the cluster type(original abstract)
