Estymacja wartości przeciętnej uwzględniająca koszt pozyskania danych

Abstrakty
Celem niniejszej pracy jest zbadanie skali zmienności kosztu badania próby losowej, wynikającej z niejednorodności kosztów obserwacji wartości cechy dla indywidualnych jednostek i identyfikacja sytuacji, w których jest uprawnione założenie, że fluktuacje tego kosztu są z dużym prawdopodobieństwem pomijalnie małe, dla znanych schematów bezzwrotnego losowania prostego oraz warstwowego. Celem drugim jest zaproponowanie dokładnych procedur estymacji wartości przeciętnej cechy, całkowicie wykluczających możliwość przekroczenia zadanego z góry budżetu badania, przy niejednorodności indywidualnych kosztów obserwacji wartości cechy.
