W artykule zakreślono tematykę pozytywnych rezultatów przedsiębiorczości organizacyjnej. W tym celu przedstawione zostały: pozytywna teoria organizacji jako podłoże rozważań, istota przedsiębiorczości organizacyjnej, pozytywne skutki przedsiębiorczości w organizacjach w zakresie zaangażowania i motywacji oraz wyniki badań w tym zakresie. Wskazują one, że na obie zmienne z zakresu postaw pracowniczych negatywny wpływ ma wielkość organizacji. Jednoznacznie pozytywny wpływ na zaangażowanie organizacyjne oraz motywację wewnętrzną mają proaktywność i podejmowanie ryzyka jako wymiary orientacji przedsiębiorczej. Artykuł dopełniony jest rekomendacjami praktycznymi.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper presents the positive outcomes of organizational entrepreneurship. For this reason it presents: positive organizational scholarship as the background of the considerations, the essence of organizational entrepreneurship, positive outcomes of organizational entrepreneurship in terms of engagement and motivation and empirical research results. They indicate the negative impact of enterprise's size on both variables. Moreover, there is a positive influence on organizational engagement and intrinsic motivation of proactivity and risk taking as dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation. The paper is concluded with practical recommendations.(original abstract)
