Abstrakty
Celem rozdziału jest analiza koncepcji użyteczności w teorii agentów programowych oraz jej zastosowanie w ocenie systemów agentowych dla wspomagania działania organizacji26. W szczególności badania dotyczyć będą metod badania użyteczności społeczności agentów dla opracowania modelu konceptualnego badania użyteczności oraz propagacji wiedzy agentów. Hipoteza badawcza, którą podjęli w swoim badaniu autorzy stanowiła, iż wykorzystanie społeczności agentów programowych w warunkach komunikacji wszechobecnej, przyczynia się do doskonalenia procesów biznesowych zachodzących w organizacjach opartych na wiedzy.
