Abstrakty
Celem rozważań jest zaprezentowanie możliwości budowy silnej marki pracodawcy na podstawie założeń koncepcji Społecznej Odpowiedzialności Biznesu (Corporate Social Responsibility - CSR). W artykule przedstawiono istotę koncepcji CSR, a także aktualne trendy związane z postrzeganiem tej koncepcji przez świat biznesu. Omówiono również możliwe sposoby wykorzystania CSR do budowy wartości organizacji dla szerokiej palety jej interesariuszy, a w szczególności pracowników. Następnie zaprezentowano koncepcję budowy marki pracodawcy, ukazując jej rolę w budowaniu kapitału ludzkiego organizacji stanowiącego jej główne źródło przewagi konkurencyjnej. W ostatniej części artykułu pokazano, w jaki sposób marka pracodawcy może być budowana na bazie koncepcji zrównoważonego rozwoju i działania z zakresu CSR. Zaproponowano również zastosowanie rozszerzonego cyklu życia pracownika jako podstawy dla projektowania strategii zrównoważonej marki pracodawcy. Artykuł jest przeglądem literatury. An aim of considerations is to present the possibilities of a strong employer branding on the grounds of assumptions of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR. In her article, the author presented the essence of the concept of CSR as well as the current trends connected with perception of this concept by the business world. She also discussed possible ways of the use of CSR to build organisation's goodwill for a wide range of its stakeholders and particularly employees. Next, she presented the concept of employer branding, showing its role in building human capital of the organisation being its main source of competitive advantage. In the last part of the article, the author showed how the employer branding can be built on the basis of the concept of sustainable development and activities in the area of CSR. She also proposed application of an expended life cycle of the employee as the basis for designing the strategy of a sustainable employer's brand. The article is a literature review.
