Abstrakty
This paper attempts to assess the possible scope of distortions in the properties of population total estimates resulting from correlated response behavior of population units. Three simple models of correlated data missingness are proposed. Then two well-known weighting-type estimators are considered. Their relative root mean square errors and biases under proposed nonresponse models are investigated by means of computer simulation.(author's abstract)
