Abstrakty
Obiekt badań stanowiło więc miasto Masdar City, a zwłaszcza przyjęte w nim rozwiązania. Metodyka badań obejmowała systematyczne studia literaturowe oraz wywiady pogłębione przeprowadzone w trakcie naukowej wizyty studyjnej z dwiema osobami prowadzącymi badania w laboratoriach Masdar Institute of Science and Technology.

The main aim of this study was to analyze functioning from the ecological perspective of one of the future cities, which is Masdar City, located in the United Arab Emirates, today considered as a global benchmark. The aim of this study was also to assess the possibility of using the experience of Masdar City in the conditions of Polish cities. The object of the research was the city of Masdar and its adopted solutions. The research methodology included systematic literature studies and in-depth interviews conducted with two people doing research in the laboratories of Masdar Institute of Science and Technology. Interviews were conducted during the scientific study visit. Functioning solutions in the city can be used in the realities of Polish cities - both process innovations, technical and technological, as well as for the management of this type of the city. In Poland, environmental or ecological city neighborhoods could be formed within the established science and technology parks, as well as universities(original abstract)
