Abstrakty

The article constitutes continuation of the paper, the first part of which was published in the previous issue of "Marketing i Rynek", where there have been presented the functions of marketing designated to national economy and impact of marketing on economic development. In this part there will be presented the functions of marketing aimed at buyers and persons engaged in marketing. Both parts of the article referrer to the primary questions that should be asked in connection with the marketing issues, namely how broadly should we look at marketing and in what manner should we consider marketing issue. The deliberations presented in the article prove that view of marketing issues from the perspective of an enterprise and consideration of marketing issues solely as management function (functional area of business) does not currently suffice, since it is unable to fully and properly reflect the present role of marketing both in the economy and society.
