Abstrakty

Teoria złożoności odgrywa szczególne znaczenie w zrozumieniu procesów zachodzących w organizacji i jej otoczeniu. Podstawowy kierunek podejmowanych badań nad umiejscowieniem teorii złożoności w zarządzaniu stanowią zasoby ludzkie, a tym samym przywództwo, jako funkcja zarządzania. Przeprowadzone badania wykazały, że współczesne przywództwo powinno być ściśle powiązane z takimi terminami, jak interakcje, adaptacja i tworzenie wiedzy. Dlatego też podstawowym stylem przywództwa powinien być styl adaptacyjny. Działania lidera muszą dawać impuls do tworzenia wiedzy poprzez interakcje pomiędzy elementami systemu, jakim jest organizacja. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Complexity theory can help us understand the process of organization change and their environment and focuses on managing human resources as the primary knowledge source. Leadership plays a particularly important role in knowledge producing. The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of Complex Adaptive System (CAS) certain behaviours like self-organisation, emergence, co-evolution on leadership theory. The framework identifies three types of leadership adaptive, administrative and enabling leadership. In knowledge era successful leader recognises and create special behaviour which can affect of agent interactions those generate adaptive capacity. (original abstract)
