Abstrakty

Proces nabywania wiedzy przez organizacje nie jest łatwy, a jej rozpowszechnianie wśród osób, organizacji i sieci przedsiębiorstw jest jeszcze bardziej skomplikowane. Zrozumienie mechanizmów zaangażowanych w przepływ wiedzy między organizacjami może przyczynić się do zminimalizowani problemów związanych z realizowanymi przez nie procesami. W artykule przeprowadzono weryfikację charakteru przepływów, przedstawiono model przepływu wiedzy wraz z charakterystyką poszczególnych elementów modelu. Podjęto zatem próbę uporządkowania jednego z obszarów doskonalenia zarządzania wiedzą w organizacji.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The process of knowledge acquisition by the organization is not easy, and its distribution among individuals, organizations and enterprise networks is even more complicated. Understanding the mechanisms involved in the transfer of knowledge between organizations can help to minimize the problems associated with the processes carried out by them. The article aims is to draw attention to the importance of knowledge flows in and between organizations. It presents the opportunity to review the nature of the flow, knowledge flow model together with the characteristics of individual elements of the model, helping to organize one of the most important area of knowledge management improvement in the organization.(original abstract)
