Abstrakty
W artykule wskazano główne problemy badawcze w zakresie naukowego ustalenia charakteru związku ryzyka strategicznego i wyników przedsiębiorstwa na podstawie analizy dotychczasowego dorobku teoretycznego i wybranych wyników badań empirycznych.

The article underlines the key issues in the field of scientific research aiming to determine the nature of the relationship of strategic risk and business performance based on the analysis of theoretical achievements to date and empirical results of selected studies. The first part discusses the results of selected research studies in this field and presents their interpretation. The second section presents the approaches to the measurement of strategic risk and performance in empirical studies based on the different ways of recognizing or defining strategic risk. In conclusion, directions for future research, necessary for further effective exploration of the strategic risk - performance relationship, were formulated. (original abstract)
