This article consists of two sections. In the first of them there is discussed the purpose, scope and the investigation subject of this article. In the second item there was presented a certain model being the reflection of some real occurrences. The second section of this article was intended to the multi-agent systems. The item three of the second section composes the presentation of a method to formulate the intermodal network and some connections between the roles defined in this method. In the summary of this article it was indicated the diversified benefits resulting from the application of the proposed method. (original abstract)
