Przemysły kreatywne uznawane są za jedne z najważniejszych obszarów współczesnej gospodarki, a kreatywność traktowana jako jeden z kluczowych czynników produkcji. Ze względu na ich duże znaczenie gospodarcze oraz odmienność w stosunku do pozostałych obszarów gospodarki powinny one być stale analizowane. Celem artykuł jest zaprezentowanie głównych czynników sukcesu dla przemysłów kreatywnych, które wpływają na pozycję firm w sektorze oraz pokazują ich możliwości rozwojowe. Wyróżniono siedem kluczowych czynników sukcesu dla przemysłów kreatywnych, do których zaliczono: efektywne zarządzanie marką, umiejętność ochrony wytworzonej wartości przez prawa autorskie, umiejętność dywersyfikacji źródeł finansowania, zdolność adaptacji nowych technologii, zdolności kooperacyjne, innowacyjny model biznesowy, skuteczna ekspansja przedsiębiorstwa, umiejętność pozyskania oraz utrzymania talentów. Cultural or creative industries are perceived as the most important areas of modern economy, and creativity is treated as one of the most important factors of production. Due to their great significance for the economy and disparity from other economic areas, they should be subject to permanent analysis. The article is aimed at the presentation of key success factors in cultural industries, which affect the position of companies in the sector and show their development potential. There are seven key success factors in cultural industries: effective brand management, protection of value created by copyright, diversification of financing sources, adaptation of new technologies, cooperation skills, innovative business model, effective corporate expansion and finally acquisition and retention of talents.
