Abstrakty

This paper examines the impact of the European integration process in Ukrainian employment and its migration. The necessity of introducing an effective policy of migration for migration processes has been proved. The role of immigration in the determination of negative consequences of demographic re-distribution of human potential has been grounded. The opportunity to learn from immigrant reproductive behaviour of the indigenous population has been taken into consideration. The measures of improving the demographic component of the human potential of destination countries have been offered.(original abstract)
