Abstrakty
Organizacja procesu projektowego polega na określeniu założeń i opracowaniu planu realizacji tak, aby rezultat w postaci określonego przedsięwzięcia był zgodny ze strategią sformułowaną i kultywowaną przez firmę. Nie jest to możliwe bez określenia ram projektu. Artykuł ma na celu wskazanie, w jaki sposób dobrze skonstruowany brief zleceniodawcy może uprościć tworzenie koncepcji produktu, a w następstwie wpłynąć na poprawę efektywności, innowacyjność i przejrzystość realizacji. Organization of design process is aimed to identification of certain criteria and development of implementation plan in order to gain a specific project, that is consistent with a corporate strategy, that is used by client company. It is not possible without a correct framing. This report shows, that an appropriate client brief can simplify a creation of product concept, following having an impact to effectiveness, innovation and clarity of project. (author's abstract)
