W artykule omówiono pojęcie instrumentów zarządzania łańcuchami dostaw. Następnie znaczenie systemu informacyjnego i przepływów informacyjnych dla zarządzani a łańcuchem dostaw. Autorka przedstawia również instrumenty informacyjne wspomagające przepływy w łańcuchu dostaw, aby ostatecznie zaproponować rozwiązania systemowe w zakresie zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article discusses the concept of supply chain management tools. Then, the importance of the information system and information flows for supply chain management is presented . The author also shows information tools supporting the flows in the supply chain and finally system solutions in the field of supply chain management are offered.(original abstract)
