Abstrakty
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przegląd kierunków i wyników dotychczasowych badań oraz ustalenie stanu wiedzy na temat strategii finansowych firm rodzinnych na świecie oraz w Polsce. Artykuł składa się z trzech części i podsumowania. Pierwsza z nich wyjaśnia pojęcie firmy rodzinnej i wyróżnia ją spośród innych podmiotów gospodarczych na rynku. Część druga definiuje i wyjaśnia pojęcia strategii finansowej w przedsiębiorstwie. Dekomponuje ją na strategie podstawowe, obejmujące poszczególne obszary działań związanych z zarządzaniem kapitałami i inwestycjami. Natomiast część trzecia stanowi podstawowy "rdzeń" artykułu. Dokonano w nim przeglądu literatury i realizowanych badań w temacie strategii finansowych firm rodzinnych i przedstawiono aktualny stan wiedzy w poszczególnych obszarach związanych z tą strategią. The mail purpose of this paper is to establish the current state of knowledge about financial strategies in family firms. To achieve this goal, author makes the review of previous research and studies of family business in this topic. First, the article describes the concept of "family firm" and "financial strategy". The second part of the papers analyses the articles and research published worldwide, concerning of investment strategy and strategy of financing as the parts of financial strategy used by family businesses. The conclusion of this article is the fact, that the knowledge of the financial behaviours represented by family firms is more or less recognized, but still there are many questions that we do not know the answer.(original abstract)
