Abstrakty

Fundusze venture capital oraz private equity na przestrzeni ostatnich dwóch dekad stały się ważną klasą aktywów. Mają one ogromny wpływ na rozwój wielu innowacyjnych przedsiębiorstw, a co za tym idzie na rozwój gospodarczy w krajach, w których inwestują. Ważnym elementem w cyklu inwestycyjnym funduszu jest moment oraz sposób zakończenia inwestycji. Dezinwestycja daje bowiem możliwości dalszego inwestowania środków i ma wpływ na osiągniętą przez inwestorów stopę zwrotu. Celem artykułu jest analiza trendów sposobów zakończenia inwestycji w krajach Europy Środkowej i Centralnej w latach 2003-2013. (fragment tekstu)

Venture capital and private equity have become an important asset class over the last two decades. Investments of those funds have a huge impact on the development of many innovative companies, and thus on economic development in the countries in which they invest. An important element in the fund's investment cycle is the time and the manner of completion. Disinvestment gives a good potential for further investment measures and has an impact on the achieved rate of return for investors. The aim of the paper is to analyze how the end of investment trends in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in the years 2003-2013. (original abstract)
