Abstrakty

Szczególnie charakterystyczne dla małych firm rodzinnych ograniczenia (z zakresu dostępu do nowych zasobów i wynikające z tego ograniczenia w zakresie reakcji na pojawiające się zmiany), można powiązać z podejściem do niepowodzenia gospodarczego małych firm, które zwraca uwagę na fakt, że niepowodzenie spowodowane jest niedostosowaniem lub zbyt późnym dostosowaniem do zmienionych wymagań rynku i jest mechanizmem oczyszczającym gospodarkę z przedsiębiorstw nieefektywnych [Noga 2009]. Przedsiębiorstwo, dzięki innowacjom, opuszcza "czerwony ocean" konkurencji i wpływa na "błękitny ocean" bez konkurencji. "Kryzysem, perspektywą bankructwa przedsiębiorstwa staje się brak w nim kolejnych trafionych innowacji. Przedsiębiorstwo wpada w pułapkę samoograniczającego się rozwoju, gdy w wyniku sukcesu innowacji staje się duże, biurokratyczne, zabija swoją organizacją potencjał dalszej innowacyjności" [Noga 2009, s. 148(fragment tekstu)

The article presents the issues of the threats faced by small family businesses, in the course of business operations and which consequently can lead to business failure. Selected definitions of business failure were presented and categories of business failures paths describing the phenomenon of failure. The last part of the article is presentation of conclusions from the results of qualitative research that has been done by the author of the article in the identification process of the economic failures of small businesses(original abstract)
