Abstrakty
Koncepcja konkurujących logik instytucjonalnych jest jednym z najciekawszych nowych obszarów badań w dziedzinie teorii organizacji i zarządzania. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zaprezentowanie tej koncepcji oraz sformułowanie wskazówek dotyczących możliwości jej wykorzystania w badaniach organizacji. W tekście zawarto przegląd badań prowadzonych w ramach tej koncepcji, natomiast w podsumowaniu przedstawiono wskazówki, które mogą być pomocne w badaniach terenowych konkurencji, kooperacji i koewolucji logik instytucjonalnych. The institutional logics perspective presently constitutes one of the most promising area of research in the organization theory. The growing number of studies accounting for competition, cooperation and co-evolution between institutional logics published in the recent years indicates that the perspective opens new possibilities in organizational research. This paper presents the main assumptions and theses of the institutional logics perspective and provides advice on its use in the field research. In particular the usefulness of qualitative research methods and challenges associated with their application are discussed. (original abstract)
