Abstrakty

Regulacje rozpoczęto w latach dwudziestych XX wieku pod wpływem działań Kolei Rzeszy. Kolejny etap stanowiła polityka antykryzysowa na początku lat trzydziestych. W okresie rządów nazistowskich utworzono przymusowe organizacje przedsiębiorstw samochodowych, ustalono maksymalną liczbę samochodów ciężarowych. Zadbano o interes kolei. Tę politykę kontynuowano w Republice Federalnej. Dopiero utworzenie europejskiego wspólnego rynku oznaczało liberalizację rynku przewozów samochodami.(fragment tekstu)

Regulatory measures began to be taken in the twenties under influence of Reichsbahn. was At the beginning of the thirties an anti-crisis policy was introduced. In the Nazi period obligatory organizations of car companies were created and the maximum number of trucks determined, also in the interest of Reichsbahn. This policy was continued in the Federal Republic. Only the creation European Common Market in 1993 brought about the liberalization of cargo car transport.(original abstract)
