Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania są warunki, jakie powinno spełniać partnerstwo publiczno-prywatne (PPP ), aby możliwa była realizacja usługi publicznej w sposób ciągły i rentowny. Celem jest stworzenie koncepcji kompletnego podejścia do PPP jako rozwiązania problemu trwałej i efektywnej usługi publicznej.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The object of the study are the conditions which should be fulfilled by a public-private partnership (PPP ) in order to implement a public service in a profitable way. The aim of the study is to create a comprehensive approach to the concept of PPP s as a solution to the problem of a sustainable and effective implementation of a public service.(short original abstract)
