The research results in this article meet the need for new and effective methods of improving the professional competencies of surgical staff and are a continuation of the research undertaken by the authors [10], within which there was developed a basis of knowledge management methodology for constructing trainings for a vocational group of surgery nurses working in orthopaedic and trauma operating theatre. In particular there is indicated the importance of diversification of training contents and forms of communication using modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). (fragment of text)
