Abstrakty

Artykuł ma charakter teoretyczno-empiryczny i prezentuje wpływ wybranych determinant przedsiębiorczości indywidualnej na tworzenie i zarządzaniem przedsiębiorstwem typu start - up. W pierwszej części, w oparciu o literaturę przedmiotu, zostały przedstawione zależności między poszczególnymi uwarunkowaniami determinującymi przedsiębiorczość indywidualną. Teoretyczne rozważania były podstawą badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych wśród przedsiębiorców podmiotów typu start-up.

The article has a theoretical-empirical character. It analyses the selected determinants on establishing and managing a company start-up. The first part w based on the literature on the subject and discuss relations between determinants of individual entrepreneurship. This activity is reflected in a decision about setting up and managing a firm. Theoretical deliberation was a basis for empirical research. (original abstract)
