Abstrakty

Europa ma wiele zasobów wodnych w porównaniu z innymi regionami świata, a woda od dawna uważana jest za niewyczerpany, powszechnie dostępny zasób. Jednakże ostatnie lata dowodzą, że niedobory wody, która nadaje się do wykorzystania są coraz większe. Taki stan rzeczy spowodowany jest zarówno brakiem wody, jak i pogorszeniem się jej jakości.(abstrakt autora)

Europe has a lot of water resources in comparison with other regions of the world and water has long been considered to be an inexhaustible and widely available resource. However, recent years have shown that the shortage of water suitable for use is increasing. Such a situation is due to both the lack of water and the deterioration of its quality.(author's abstract)
