Creativity is the single important attribute to business success. It is not surprising that, then, that scholars and practitioners share a common interest in elucidating the creative process. I integrate the creativity theory, the entrepreneurship theory, and the strategic management theory for refining the organizational creativity construct. On the basis of this literature review, I present organizational creativity sub-dimensions linked with creative novelty and creative usefulness. Next, I describe organizational creativity as a hierarchical latent variable model. Consequently conclusions and limitations of this paper are discussed. (original abstract)
