Celem artykułu jest charakterystyka porównawcza zachowań polskich przedsiębiorstw rodzinnych i nierodzinnych, notowanych na NewConnect, w zakresie internacjonalizacji biznesu.(fragment tekstu)
The paper presents selected aspects of the research by the author, describing behaviors of the public, family businesses in the international environment. The Polish family businesses quoted on the alternative capital market NewConnect more often undertake international expansion and engage more in the international area than their non-family counterparts do. They develop according to the global model and apply capital entries into foreign markets more often than the others. The source of family business competitive advantage in the field of internationalization are capabilities of generating the bonding, cross-border social capital (original abstract)
