Abstrakty

Rowerowe dostawy kurierskie są jednymi z bardziej efektywnych usług przewozu przesyłek o małych gabarytach - głównie dokumentów - realizowanych na obszarze dużych miast i aglomeracji. Pozwalają na uniknięcie problemów z zakorkowanymi ulicami w godzinach szczytu, przez co większość usług jest realizowanych zgodnie z określonym w zamówieniu terminem dostawy. W niniejszym artykule dokonano analizy efektywności tego typu dostaw w oparciu o dane wybranej firmy. W artykule wykorzystano rzeczywiste dane liczbowe otrzymane od wyżej wymienionej firmy, tj. rodzaj i liczba przewożonych ładunków, liczba reklamacji, czas dostaw, itd. Pozwoliły one na określenie udziału i znaczenia danego rodzaju przesyłek oraz na ocenę efektywności realizowanych usług przewozowych. Rezultatem prac jest ocena jakości i efektywności dostaw przesyłek na obszarze aglomeracji miejskich za pomocą przewozów rowerowych. Wykonana analiza pozwoliła na określenie efektywności rowerowych dostaw kurierskich. Jest to usługa odbiegająca od usług oferowanych przez wielu przewoźników kurierskich. Z uwagi na łatwość poruszania się po obszarze miejskim i małą wrażliwość na korki dostawy rowerowe są usługą wyróżniającą się wysoką efektywnością i stosunkowo krótkim czasem dostaw - zwłaszcza w godzinach szczytu.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Bicycle courier deliveries are one of the more efficient forwarding services of a small size - mostly documents - sending carried out in the large cities and agglomerations . It help to avoid the problems of traffic congestion during rush hour, so most services are carried out in accordance with the specified in the contract delivery time. In this paper, an analysis of the effectiveness of this type of supply based on the data of the selected company was made. The article uses the actual quantitative data received from the aforementioned company like type and quantity of freight, number of complaints, delivery time, etc. This made it possible to identify the contribution and importance of the category of items and to evaluate effectiveness of the transport services. The result of study is to evaluate the quality and efficiency of the supply of goods across urban areas using bicycle carriage. The analysis allowed to determine the effectiveness of bicycle courier deliveries. This service is different from the services offered by many carriers courier. Due to the ease of getting around the urban area and low sensitivity to traffic jams bicycle courier deliveries are outstanding service of high efficiency and relatively short duration of supply - especially during rush hours.(original abstract)
