Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono wciąż relatywnie słabo rozpoznany i przez to niedoceniany mechanizm uczenia się przez eksport (learning by exporting). Stanowi on jeden z kanałów transferu wiedzy technicznej z zagranicy, ważny zwłaszcza w warunkach opóźnienia technologicznego kraju pochodzenia eksporterów. Obecność na rynku zagranicznym, kontakt z wymagającymi nabywcami oraz obserwacje poczynań konkurentów w określonych warunkach sprzyjają wprowadzaniu innowacji i, w konsekwencji, podnoszeniu produktywności eksporterów. Celem artykułu jest charakterystyka zjawiska uczenia się przez eksport i wskazanie uwarunkowań jego występowania. Rozważaniom opartym na literaturze przedmiotu towarzyszy syntetyczna prezentacja wyników autorskich badań w odniesieniu do tytułowego problemu badawczego. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article presents a relatively poorly explored area and, consequently, the underestimated mechanism of learning by exporting. It constitutes one of the channels of technological know-how transfer from abroad: particularly important in the case of technological backwardness of the exporter's country. The presence on a foreign market, contact with demanding customers and observation of the behaviour of competitors in definite situations favour the introduction of innovation and, as a result, higher productivity of exporters. The article is aimed at the description of the phenomenon of learning by exporting and the indication of its occurrence determinants. The discussion based on the literature is accompanied by a synthetic presentation of author's own research of the title research issue. (original abstract)
