Abstrakty

W przedstawionych poniżej rozważaniach przybliżona zostanie specyfika projektu, prowadzenia projektu i roli etyki, w szczególności etyki opartej na wartościach humanizmu integralnego, z punktu widzenia potrzeb prowadzącego projekt. Omówiona dalej analiza potencjału humanizmu integralnego i roli wypracowanego na tej bazie światopoglądu prowadzi do wniosku o wyższej skuteczności działania prowadzących projekt, kierujących się etyką systemu wartości humanizmu integralnego, a wykorzystujących warsztat środków psychologii społecznej w kierowaniu zespołem w projekcie.(fragment tekstu)

Projects dominate our economy. And most regretfully only minor part of them ends up successfully. Both science and practice sought over the decades the panacea in controlling, planning, administration.... etc. The results are meagre. State-of-the-art in determining the reasons for this failure points at human being as the key success factor. So it seems to be all but natural to search after the solution in the humanistic theories, with the Scheler system of values as a core of project leader ethics. Paper presents first briefly the specifics of the projects and project management. Subsequently the integral humanism is thoroughfully analysed and projected on project management needs, humanistic and social psychology. Project management is derived from leadership - as opposite to management, focused on daily routine optimisation. The crucial abilities of project leader are related to high risk, high uncertainty decision making - which demands sense making intelligence. Paper deduce further potential of integral humanism, in particular the ethical value system of Max Scheler and the three ethical principles of that philosophy, and position among outcome oriented and process oriented ethical models with reference to the European Union codes of ethics. The integral humanism impacts the personal traits and ethics of project leaders helping them and team members to develop the most demanded skills in project management as well as transcendental personality values.
