Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest prezentacja modelu samorządu lokalnego funkcjonującego w Republice Armenii. Początek rozwoju samorządu lokalnego w Armenii, który ma jednoszczeblowy charakter, datuje się na połowę lat 90. ubiegłego wieku. W artykule autor omawia podział administracyjny Armenii, strukturę i kompetencje organów samorządowych, relacje pomiędzy nimi, budżet oraz mechanizmy kontroli. Analizę kończy uwagami odnoszącymi się do problemów w praktycznym funkcjonowaniu samorządu lokalnego. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The objective of the article is to discuss the model of local self-government in the Republic of Armenia. The beginning of the development of local self-government in Armenia, which is of a single-level nature, dates back to the middle of the 1990s. In the article, the author discusses the administrative division of Armenia, the structure and powers of the self-government authorities, the relationships between them, the budget and the control mechanisms. He ends the analysis with comments on the problems with the practical functioning of local self-government. (original abstract)
