Abstrakty

Zmęczenie kierowców jest powszechnym problemem wpływającym na produktywność, bezpieczeństwo dostaw oraz bezpieczeństwo pracy kierowców. Celem pracy było zbadanie subiektywnego zmęczenia kierowców. Zbadano 57 kierowców samochodów dostawczych pracujących w firmach kurierskich. Do pomiaru zmęczenia przed oraz po pracy zastosowano 30-elementowy kwestionariusz. Kierowcy po pracy najbardziej uskarżali się na: "zmęczenie oczu" (40,4% badanych), "ziewam", "ból pleców", "odczucie pragnienia" (po 31,6%), "senność" (29,8%), "uczucie ciężkiej głowy" (22,8%), "rozproszenie uwagi" i "ciężkość nóg" (po 19,3%). Pracownicy najbardziej uskarżali się na symptomy zmęczenia z grupy "objawy spadku aktywacji" następnie "zmęczenia fizycznego" oraz "objawy spadku motywacji". Pracę kierowców zakwalifikowano do ogólnego typu zmęczenia. Wyniki badań mogą być wykorzystane w działaniach zapobiegawczych zmęczeniu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Driver fatigue is a common problem that affects the productivity, security and safety of delivery drivers. The aim of the study was to investigate the subjective driver fatigue. The study group consisted of 57 drivers of vans working in courier companies. For the measurement of fatigue before and after work, a questionnaire comprising of 30 questions was used. The most commonly reported symptoms after work were: "feel strained in the eyes" (40.4% of respondents), "give a yawn", "feel a pain in the back", "feel thirsty" (31.6% each), "become drowsy" (29.8%), "feel heavy in the head" (22.8%), "become apt to forget things" and "get tired in the leg" (19.3% each). The majority of employees complained about symptoms of fatigue from the "drowsiness and dullness" than the "projection of physical impairment" and the "difficulty of concentration". Drivers' job was categorized as the general fatigue type. This study provides information about the development of fatigue which can be used to help prevent driver fatigue. (original abstract)
