Zarządzanie talentami i pracownikami w dojrzałym wieku w kontekście wpływu na wyniki przedsiębiorstwa

Opracowanie składa się ze wstępu, 4 rozdziałów oraz zakończenia, przy czym dwa pierwsze rozdziały mają charakter teoretyczny i są próbą syntezy wiedzy na temat zarządzania talentami i zarządzania pracownikami w grupie wiekowej 50+, ich uwarunkowań oraz związków z wynikami przedsiębiorstwa. Rozważania te stanowią podstawę do skonstruowania, przedstawionego w rozdziale trzecim, modelu badawczego odzwierciedlającego siedem hipotez szczegółowych wynikających z przeprowadzonych analiz literatury oraz propozycji metody badawczej wraz z charakterystyką zmiennych. To z kolei stanowi fundament analiz empirycznych prowadzonych w rozdziale czwartym. W rozdziale pierwszym przedstawiono podstawy współczesnego myślenia o zarządzaniu talentami, przy czym jako fundament koncepcji wskazano podłoże teoretyczne leżące w zarządzaniu zasobami ludzkimi. Omówiono także szczegółowo istotę zarządzania talentami i zaproponowano definicję opracowaną na podstawie analiz 54 różnych podejść do tematu. W rozdziale drugim omówiono problematykę uwarunkowań zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi (i zarządzania talentami) leżących poza możliwością oddziaływania organizacji, a szczególna uwaga została poświęcona trendom demograficznym znajdującym się w otoczeniu przedsiębiorstwa. W rozdziale trzecim zaprezentowano i wskazano podłoża teoretyczne związków pomiędzy badanymi zmiennymi, formułując siedem hipotez i tworząc model badawczy. Przedstawiono w nim metodykę prowadzenia badań empirycznych, scharakteryzowano próbę badawczą oraz poszczególne zmienne i miary. Rozdział ten stanowi podstawę dla prowadzonych i dokumentowanych w czwartej części monografii analiz statystycznych zależności pomiędzy poszczególnymi badanymi konstruktami. Na podstawie analiz statystycznych była możliwa weryfikacja hipotez badawczych i skonstruowanie przetestowanej empirycznie wersji modelu. Analizy te prowadzą również do wniosków natury teoretycznej, implikacji praktycznych oraz wskazania przyszłych kierunków badań i ograniczeń, wskazanych w zakończeniu, w którym zawarto także podsumowanie realizacji celów pracy i hipotez badawczych oraz starano się sprecyzować jej wkład w teorię nauk o zarządzaniu.
