Abstrakty
U podstaw opracowania leży założenie, iż imitację należy uznać nie tylko za działanie krytyczne z perspektywy długookresowego przetrwania i rozwoju organizacji (podobnie jak ma to miejsce w przypadku innowacji), lecz także za przedsięwzięcia niezbędne dla zapewnienia efektywności procesów innowacyjnych jako takich. Imitacja stanowi rzadką i złożoną zdolność strategiczną, którą organizacje powinny we właściwy sposób rozwijać i umiejętnie wykorzystywać. Imitatorzy dostarczają odbiorcom nie tylko udoskonalony, lecz także tańszy produkt. W opracowaniu, włączając się w dyskusję nad procesami innowacji w kształtowaniu dynamicznych zdolności organizacji, podjęto próbę przedstawienia natury i istoty imitacji, wskazując na korzyści wynikające z umiejętnego kopiowania działań innych podmiotów(abstrakt oryginalny)
The purpose of the this article is to discuss the nature and essence of imitation and its impact on the dynamic capabilities management process. The study attempts to outline the concept of dynamic capabilities, define the concept of innovation and imitation and subsequently discuss the relationship between innovation and imitation in the contex of dynamic capability of the organization(original abstract)
