Abstrakty

Artykuł podejmuje próbę umiejscowienia podejścia mixed methods approach w nurcie badań organizacyjnych. Celem tekstu jest próba stworzenia struktury nośnej, pozwalającej na łagodzenie napięć metodologicznych podejścia mieszanego. Na podstawie krytycznego przeglądu literatury zidentyfikowano dwa typy napięć - poznawcze i integracyjne, oraz zaproponowano cztery ich wymiary: konwersowanie, interpretowanie, konstruowanie i normalizowanie. Całość opracowania domknięto klamrą ograniczeń modelu oraz wyznaczeniem kierunków przyszłych badań(abstrakt oryginalny)

The basic idea behind the paper is to advocate that Mixed Methods Approach might be seen as the theoretical construct of methodological tensions. In this vein two tensions are identified: epistemic and integration, which lead to the proposition of four dimesional model of conversation, integration, construction and normalization. The final part of the paper describes some model limitations, as well as future research directions(original abstract)
