Abstrakty
Opisana została droga specyfikowania procesu biznesowego na trzech poziomach abstrakcji. Zasadniczy poziom reguł biznesowych bierze swe źródło w normach regulujących działanie organizacji i poszczególnych jednostek. Reguły biznesowe dają się również przedstawić w postaci reguł aktywnych baz danych przez co łatwo jest je zautomatyzować. (fragment tekstu)
