Abstrakty

Celem pracy było stwierdzenie, czy istnieją zależności pomiędzy stopniem realizacji koncepcji resilience engineering a wybranymi aspektami zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy w przedsiębiorstwach. Badania przeprowadzono metodą ankietową w 100 przedsiębiorstwach. Prezentowane badania nie potwierdziły istnienia istotnych statystycznie związków pomiędzy wdrożeniem certyfikowanego systemu zarządzania bhp, jak również wdrożeniem zasad odpowiedzialności społecznej biznesu a poziomem bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy oraz poziomem wdrożenia koncepcji resilience engineering. Zaobserwowano natomiast, iż wyższemu poziomowi bhp towarzyszy wyższy poziom realizacji koncepcji resilience engineering. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the work is to answer the question if there is the relationship between the concept of resilience engineering and selected aspects of occupational safety and health (OSH) management in enterprises. The research has been conducted within the questionnaire in 100 enterprises. Findings obtained show that there is no statistically significant relationship between certified OSH management systems as well as corporate social responsibility concept and both resilience engineering concept and OSH level. However there is a statistically significant relationship between OSH level and resilience engineering concept. (original abstract)
