Abstrakty

The holder of innovation in a market economy is considered a business entity which is an important part of the economies of developed countries. The knowledge economy in innovative businesses are becoming an important competitive attribute. In the businesses there is also a very special and important role of the insurance companies. Insurance companies are exposed to a variety of risks, for effective management and development of innovation is necessary to actively manage these risks. The focus is on managing market and underwriting risks, which are very demanding for the insurance capital requirement. (original abstract)
