Abstrakty
W dalszej kolejności odniesiono ww. wymiary do dwóch kluczowych rodzajów innowacji produktowych, tj.: innowacji radykalnych i usprawniających, oraz do efektywności organizacji. Zaproponowane wielowymiarowe ujęcie innowacyjności nowych produktów może stanowić punkt wyjścia do prowadzenia dalszych badań dotyczących relacji pomiędzy innowacyjnością a efektywnością organizacji.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper presents a multi-dimensional approach to the new product innovativeness. It encompasses four both conceptually and empirically distinct dimensions, i.e.: market innovativeness, environmental innovativeness, technological innovativeness, and organizational innovativeness. All dimensions were related to two key types of product innovations (radical and incremental innovations) and organizational effectiveness. The proposed multi-dimensional approach may serve as a basis for future research. It may be particularly suitable for examining the relationship between organizational innovativeness and effectiveness.(original abstract)
