Internal and organizational problems of the introduction of the performance management system by Ukrainian managers are identified and systematized. The directions are grounded and management means of their solution are reasoned. It is proved that managers of modern successful Ukrainian enterprises gradually introduce component elements of the performance management system.(original abstract)

Zidentyfikowane i usystematyzowane wewnątrzorganizacyjne problemy wprowadzenia systemu zarządzania wydajnością przez ukraińskich menedżerów. Uzasadnione kierunki i administracyjne środki ich rozwiązania. Udowodniono, że menedżerowie współczesnych udanych przedsiębiorstw ukraińskich stopniowo wprowadzają elementy składowe systemu zarządzania wydajnością organizacji.(abstrakt oryginalny)
