Zagadnienia związane z strategiczną współpracą między przedsiębiorstwami są szeroko analizowane w literaturze przedmiotu, wskazując coraz częściej na istotne znaczenie aliansów strategicznych w praktyce gospodarczej. W tym kontekście można wskazać na dwa główne nurty: jeden z nich dotyczy warunków i motywacji sprzyjających tworzeniu sojuszu, drugi zaś koncentruje się głównie na jego efektach, a w szczególności na ich wpływie na firmy partnerskie. Celem artykułu jest analiza dynamiki sojuszu, łącząca wskazane wcześniej nurty. Rozważania koncentrują się na powiązaniach między warunkami powstawania i wynikami aliansów oraz ich wpływie na dynamiczny rozwój aliansów. W oparciu o badania empiryczne przedstawiono charakterystykę oceny efektów zawarcia aliansów strategicznych przez przedsiębiorstwa. Dokonano także analizy motywów prowadzenia współpracy między przedsiębiorstwami w kontekście oczekiwanych efektów. Biorąc to pod uwagę można założyć, że źródła przewagi konkurencyjnej przedsiębiorstwa wynikają z preferencyjnego dostępu do idiosynkratycznych zasobów, w tym technologii, innowacji i wiedzy, szczególnie związanych z wiedzą ukrytą.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Issues related to the strategic cooperation between enterprises are widely analyzed in the literature, indicating more and more the importance of strategic alliances in business practice. In this context, two main trends ca be pointed: one of them concerns the conditions and incentives conducive to the creation of the alliance, while the second focuses mainly on its effects, and in particular their impact on the partner companies. This article aims to analyze the dynamics of the alliance, which combines indicated earlier trends. Considerations focus on the relationship between the terms of the formation of alliances and results, and their impact on the dynamic development of alliances. An empirical research focused on the characteristics of the conclusions effects of strategic alliances by companies. There has also been analyzing the motives for cooperation between undertakings allies in the context of expected results. Taking this into account, it is assumed that the source of competitive advantage arising from preferential access to the idiosyncratic resources, including technology, innovation and knowledge, especially related to tacit knowledge.(original abstract)
