Abstrakty
The article deals with the impact that macro- and micro-scale crises have on the functioning of family businesses and in particular on family-business conflicts. The article presents a research-based theoretical model of the influence of crises on conflicts in Polish family businesses. (original abstract)
W artykule przedstawiono problematykę wpływu kryzysów w makro i mikro skali na funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstw rodzinnych, a szczególnie na konflikty rodzinno-biznesowe. Zaprezentowano opracowany na postawie przeprowadzonych wcześniej badań teoretyczny model wpływu kryzysów na konflikty w polskich przedsiębiorstwach rodzinnych. (abstrakt oryginalny)
