The paper presents three use cases (Patient Summary, e-Prescription and e-Confirmation) developed within e-SENS project under the e-Health domain. The three cases are relevant for all European citizens living, working and travelling across Europe, who find themselves in need of medical assistance in a foreign country The solutions implemented by e-SENS aim to support the creation of the cross-border, transparent, fast and user-friendly system for the e-Health services within UE countries. The deployment of the cross-border e-SENS tools ensures the highest quality of medical treatment and will con-tribute to creating demand on seamless cross-border health services that will become our reality in the future. Artykuł przedstawia pilotażowe działania (historia pacjenta, e-recepta i e-potwierdzenie) podejmowane w projekcie e-SENS w ramach domeny e-zdrowie. Te trzy przypadki dotyczą wszystkich obywateli UE mieszkających, pracujących i podróżujących po Europie, którzy znaleźli się w potrzebie pomocy medycznej w obcym kraju. Rozwiązania wdrażane przez e-SENS mają na celu wspieranie tworzenia transgranicznego, przejrzystego, szybkiego i przyjaznego dla użytkownika systemu elektronicznych usług zdrowotnych. Wdrożenie transgranicznych rozwiązań e-SENS zagwarantuje najwyższą jakość opieki medycznej i przyczyni się do kreowania popytu na transgraniczne usługi zdrowotne, które w przyszłości staną się oczywistym elementem otaczającej nas rzeczywistości.
