Abstrakty
W niniejszym opracowaniu podjęto próbę zbudowania teoretycznych podstaw natury, elementów i procesów inteligentnego rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Rozwój ten jest wzorcem strategicznego zachowania, które demonstruje ważność twórczości, przedsiębiorczości i innowacji oraz skłonność do zmian służących tworzeniu i przechwytywaniu wartości. Występowanie inteligentnego rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa zakłada, że jego strategicznym zamierzeniem jest zwiększenie przedsiębiorczych szans na rozwój i zdobycie przewagi konkurencyjnej opartej na innowacji. Zainteresowania badawcze zostały skoncentrowane na wypracowaniu definicji, struktury i procesów inteligentnego rozwoju firmy. W tym celu dokonano syntezy literatury w domenie twórczości, przedsiębiorczości i innowacji. W rezultacie powstały teoretyczne ramy poznawcze, które są dobrą podstawą do dalszych badań. Wskazano także na implikacje tego modelu dla rozwoju teorii i praktyki menedżerskiej. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The present study attempts to build theoretical foundations of the nature, elements and processes of intelligent business development. The intelligent business development is a strategic behaviour model which demonstrates the significance of creation, entrepreneurship and innovation as well as the inclination to changes in favour of creation and acquisition of value. The occurrence of intelligent business development assumes that its strategic goal is to increase the corporate opportunity to develop and win competitive advantage based on innovation. The research interest focused on the definition, structure and processes of intelligent business development. To achieve that, a synthesis of the literature in the area of creation, entrepreneurship and innovation was made. As a result, the study formed theoretical cognitive frameworks to become a good basis for further research. It also indicated implications of this model for the development of managerial theory and practice. (original abstract)
