Abstrakty

Przedmiotem artykułu jest próba zebrania najważniejszych orzeczeń niemieckiego Federalnego Trybunału Sprawiedliwości (Bundesgerichtshof) z ostatnich sześciu lat, dotyczących ubezpieczenia ochrony prawnej. Autor dokonał przeglądu i omówił w artykule wybrane orzeczenia, kierując się doniosłością omawianej problematyki. Największy nacisk położony został na rok 2014, w którym zapadło wiele istotnych wyroków. Autor prezentuje omawianą judykaturę syntetycznie, bez odwoływania się do zawiłych stanów faktycznych będących przedmiotem rozstrzygnięć Sądu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article focuses on gathering the most important judicial decisions of the Federal Court of Justice concerning legal protection insurance. The author revised selected judicial decisions of the Federal Court and placed them in the article, guided by the significance of discussed matters. The emphasis has been put on the year 2014 in which many material sentences had been reached. The author presents the discussed judicature synthetically and does not appeal to the complicated actual states of affairs, being an object of the Court's decisions. (original abstract)
