Leasing presents important source of financing of investment of enterprises. It makes it possible beginning or expansions of activities at deficiency of capital, as well as facility of fitting boosts technical and technological progress. It can turn out, that leasing, then particularly can be most expensive manner of financing, especially when there be the object of leasing good, take credit and pays costs and percentage. Incur must finance in such situation of charge by leaseholder, cost of credit beside basic also charges. However, in spite of it, small and medium size enterprises, they choose often leasing as form of financing of investment, as use other form of financing this firm wanting, they take credit on range of problem like often. Lease firms underline, that subjects should use their offers, which want to outstrip competition, there is active investors, certain plans, as well as they lead costs and fiscal policy rational. Businessmen also, who want knowledge of that, as well as they do not like long negotiation with banks and they can not or they do not want to present bank suffi cing security. Th erefore, there is fairest through leasing investment financing when has increments using, but everything buy for small profi ts, that is essential it.(original abstract)
