Abstrakty

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest podjęcie próby odpowiedzi na pytanie: doświadczenia jakich krajów mogą posłużyć jako wzorzec odniesienia dla szpitali w Polsce zainteresowanych wdrażaniem modelu EFQM? Aby ten cel osiągnąć, autorka posłużyła się metodą przeglądu i analizy literatury przedmiotu dostępnej w międzynarodowej bazie PubMed/MEDLINE, biorąc pod uwagę zbiór wszystkich publikacji na ten temat z lat 1998-2015. Zgromadzone wyniki pozwoliły zaobserwować dużą aktywność i doświadczenie szpitali hiszpańskich. W artykule przeanalizowano korzyści oraz zalety wynikające z funkcjonowania tych placówek zgodnie z ideą modelu EFQM.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The purpose of this article is to attempt to answer the question: experience of which countries could serve as a benchmark for hospitals in Poland, interested in implementing the EFQM model? To achieve this author used the method of review and analysis of literature, available in the international PubMed/MEDLINE database, considering the set of all publications on this topic in the years 19982015. The collected results allowed to observe high activity and experience of Spanish hospitals. The article analyzed the benefits and advantages resulting from the operation of these facilities in accordance with the idea of the EFQM model. (original abstract)
