Abstrakty

Duża wartość majątku trwałego energetyki, wysokie nakłady niezbędne dla tworzenia nowych środków trwałych oraz utrzymania w ruchu i należytej sprawności majątku istniejącego uzasadniają celowość podjęcia badań nad sposobem i stopniem jego wykorzystania. Produktywność majątku trwałego określona wartością produkcji czystej, przypadającej na jednostkę wartości zasobów majątku, użytkowanego przy wytwarzaniu tej produkcji, wskazuje na relatywnie niski stopień wykorzystania majątku trwałego w przemyśle energetycznym. The article presents results of initial investigations refers the advantage fixed assets in Polish power industry, executed by various methods and measures. Unproper price level of electric energy decides the fixed assets productivity in power industry defines by the net output value per property value unit, is 4 tines lower than averages in socialized industry. Productivity level and directions of its changes has investigated by natural measures - power units and electric energy units, which has used there. Electric energy quantity produced by fixed assets unit had declined about 17 per cent over a span of 1975-1984. Energy quantity produced by 1 MW installed capacity in electric power engineering system also had declined. Investigations of the professional power industry productivity rate points, in 1975 generating stations generated power makes 78% installed capacity and over the period 1975-1984 its share had declined about 7 points as result of power loss increase. Maintance of power industry installed capacity level from 1975 would make possible about 10% produced in 1984 net electric energy additionally. It indicated significance of the problem and its further detailed studies need. Necessity of counteract unprofitable effects arises in Polish power industry has existed also. (original abstract)
