Abstrakty

Współpraca interesariuszy regionalnych jest kluczowym elementem zarządzania strategicznego regionami. Aby stworzyć warunki sprzyjające współpracy można współcześnie skorzystać z koncepcji zarządzania takich jak teoria interesariuszy czy foresight. Analiza interesariuszy sprzyja identyfikacji interesariuszy i ich oczekiwań, natomiast foresight pozwala na kształtowanie zdolności do współpracy. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja studium przypadku foresightu regionalnego- Forum Gryf i wyników badań autorskich w obszarze kreowania warunków współpracy interesariuszy regionalnych w ramach programów foresight. Cooperation of regional stakeholders is a key element of the strategic management in regions. Today it is possible to use the management concepts to create favorable conditions for cooperation, such as the theory of stakeholders and foresight . Stakeholder analysis support identifying the regional stakeholders and their expectations, and foresight allows for the formation of the ability to cooperate. The aim of the article is to present a case study of regional foresight program- Forum Gryf and research results in the area of the creation of conditions for cooperation of stakeholders in the programs of regional foresight.
